PROPOSED FY 2023-2024 BUDGET
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Proposed capital and operating budget from the Town Manager has been presented to the Town Council. Copies of the Proposed Budget are available for review in the Coventry Public Library from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday through Thursday; from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday; and from 12:00 Noon to 4:00 p.m. on Sundays. The proposed budget are also available on the Town’s website www.coventryri.org.
The Town Council will conduct Public Hearings at which time each of the Proposed Budget will be considered. Any person attending will be allowed to speak and question the Council, Town Manager and a representative of the School Committee. Public hearings for the municipal and school department budget will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., Coventry Town Hall, 1670 Flat River Road, Coventry, RI. After the Public Hearings, the Town Council may amend the Municipal Budget and School Department Budget prior to adoption on May 23, 2023.
